Coffs Factory Seconds may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars (GST inclusive) and all charges will be processed in Australian dollars.

Shipping/Ordering

Coffs Factory Seconds by default offers in-store pickup from its Coffs Harbour store; Unit 3/22 Keona Circuit, Coffs Harbour.
Delivery  is available for a nominal fee which can be arranged after confirmation of your order.

Refunds/Returns

Coffs Factory Seconds will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind.

All Refund requests need to be raised with Coffs Factory Seconds within 7 days of purchase by either phone or in person in-store.
No refunds, credits or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the ordered products or make an incorrect choice.
Due to the nature of factory seconds may have slight marks or imperfections. It is a condition of sale that the buyer must be aware that from time to time these may exist. Returns based on marks/scratches/dents or imperfections will not be accepted.

Products/Images & Warranty

All products on this website may or may not be in stock. All items which are stated as factory seconds will have 1 year manufacturer warranty, all non factory second items will have the full manufacturer warranty.

All sales are subject to stock availability.Coffs Factory Seconds makes all efforts to ensure all stock quantities on our website are correct. We accept no liability if the item ordered is unable to be supplied. If we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible using through the contact details you have supplied us.Coffs Factory Seconds will inform you as to when or if the product will be available.Your credit card will not be charged if the item is not in stock.
